1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not access the site or make purchases.
2. Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your country. By using this site, you represent that you meet these criteria.
3. Payment and Order Processing
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Airwallex, and PayPal. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of order confirmation. All transactions are handled by EY Digital Marketing Limited, registered in Hong Kong. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including for fraud prevention or incomplete customer information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide, primarily to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 working days; however, this is not guaranteed and may vary by location and customs clearance. EY Digital Marketing Limited is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs procedures, or force majeure events. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We do not refund orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Product Use & Medical Disclaimer
Our products are marketed solely as personal massagers for general wellness use. They are not medical devices, and we make no claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Before using any electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) device, consult your physician—especially if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, implanted medical devices (like pacemakers), or other health concerns. Use of our products is at your own risk.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Customers must contact us in writing to initiate a return.
We do not accept returns for the following items due to hygiene and digital service nature:

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will first offer a free replacement. If replacement is declined or unavailable, a full refund including original shipping fees will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping may be covered by us in cases of defect or error, otherwise it is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of return approval. 7. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, text, graphics, images, and code on this site are the intellectual property of EY Digital Marketing Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the website in any way, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, transmitting malware, or impersonating our business. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EY Digital Marketing Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, or personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our website or products is to stop using them.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any purchases made on our site, shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of China.
