Refund policy

At EY Digital Marketing Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring fair return and refund practices. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through our website.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and service-related reasons. These include gel pads, conductive gels (even if unopened), and any digital services such as our Email Coaching Program. These exclusions are clearly disclosed at the point of purchase and are enforced without exception.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or non-functional, we will first offer a replacement free of charge. If a replacement is not acceptable or not available, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will include the original product cost and any shipping fees paid at checkout.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tonicgympro.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and verify eligibility based on the condition and type of item. Return shipping costs for approved returns are typically the responsibility of the customer, in line with common e-commerce practice, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. We may provide a prepaid return label depending on the situation.

Once a return or refund request is received and approved, we will process it within 48 business hours. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take several days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, European Union, and Hong Kong. EU customers are entitled to their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, with the exception of sealed goods unfit for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
